Pointview Leadership Students will be selling hand-made, rubber band bracelets all next week to raise money to buy activity kits for cancer kids at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. 50 cents for one or 3 for a dollar! Next up, PJamma Day for pajamas.

We just made it official…the 2014 Scholarship has been increased to $1500! Applications go live on the Westerville City School website in mid-December. Share the great news with any graduating senior who’s planning to study the arts, cosmetology, culinary arts or fire safety at a traditional or non-traditional college or university.
The city of Westerville is displaying this banner for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, September 2013, in memory of Faith Pruden.
Cancer is the number one cause of death in children age 5-14. ~ ~ Cancer takes the lives of 7 children a day on average. ~ ~ The causes of most childhood cancers are unknown. ~ ~ At present, childhood cancer cannot be prevented.

The Genoa Football Program would like to invite all students to participate in the 2nd Annual Tackling Childhood Cancer Spirit Week starting next Tuesday, September 3rd. The football teams play at Westerville Central High School on Wednesday September 4th. The 7th grade plays at 5:00 and the 8th grade plays at 6:30. Wear your GOLD…
