It was two years ago today, Aug. 7th 2010, Faith lost her courageous battle with brian cancer.
While she was sick, Faith asked me to not let people forget her…and this is why the FAITH PRUDEN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP was started.
A quote from this year’s scholarship recipient… “So grateful to be awarded the Faith Pruden Scholarship. I look forward to dancing in her honor at Anderson University.” -Madison Cordle
The Ohio Childhood Cancer Awareness License Plate are here!!!! ?Proceeds benefit the Center for Childhood Cancer at The Research Institute at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.?
The Ohio School for the Deaf will host Alex’s Lemonade Stand this week–May 6-10th from 12:00-1:30 at Panera Bread in Clintonville–4519 N High St. Their fundraiser will benefit a Columbus firefighter who’s son is battling leukemia. Please drop by and make a donation for a good cause.

When I saw the picture 8 year old, Martin Richard drew at school before he died in the Boston Marathon tragedy I couldn’t help but think about the one little Faith made at school before she was sick. I don’t know what you call it…foreshadowing?
Received a nice Thank You card at school today from the 2013 Scholarship recipient, Madison. She said in part, “I will be proud to dance in honor of Faith at Anderson University.”
